What we do
SLG's services fall into five key areas: marketing strategy; market research; marketing communications; fulfilment and analysis. Our strategic thinking draws on a solid understanding of your market and is directed towards finding the all-important point of difference in your offer.
Building on that difference and bringing it to life is the job of our designers, PR staff, digital specialists and copywriters. Our full service offering means we can deploy every communications channel on your behalf without being biased to any one in particular. Maximum flexibility, you might say, with maximum objectivity. We'll even handle the inevitable response to your marketing campaign. For many companies, fulfilment is a time consuming task that distracts sales teams and marketing staff from their core roles. So we look after it on their behalf, holding their fulfilment stock, logging enquiries, dispatching material and making follow up sales calls.
Finally, detailed tracking and analysis allows us to judge the effectiveness of your campaign and guides our decisions on the next stage of the plan.
How we work
Openness and honesty are cornerstones of the SLG way of working. Consequently, surprises over costs, deadlines or delivery dates are kept to a bare minimum. We believe it's a healthy way of working that engenders trust and respect between parties. And it seems our clients agree; we have one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry.
Internally, we're equally open and honest with each other (although some might describe our exchanges as more 'frank and full'. We are passionate about our work, after all!). Daily work in progress meetings keep the teams in touch with the progress of each job. These are then compiled into a weekly report, available for viewing any time at the client's request.
We make a point of having face-to-face meetings with clients at least once a month - more frequently if we, or they, feel there's a need. During each meeting, we'll discuss campaign performance, review any issues and discuss plans for forthcoming activity.
Then, twice a year, we'll hold a bi-annual strategic view to monitor any changes in your marketplace and makes sure we're keeping up by changing with it.
